RISE International leads the evaluation of the SHARE project in Chicot, Phillips, St. Francis, and Lake Village Counties, Arkansas, aiming to promote Total Worker Health. The project provides targeted support to employees, employers, clinical staff, nurses, and Community Health Workers in the region. Our evaluation includes:

• Focus groups with employees to gather insights on workplace health initiatives
• In-depth interviews with employers and employees to assess workplace experiences 
• Stakeholder data collection from key organizations, including health centers in the Delta

The evaluation will determine whether employers have successfully implemented evidence-based health promotion strategies to enhance employee health and well-being.

This USDA funded project is implemented by the US Programs Winrock and consortium partners including, New York Institute of Technology–College of Osteopathic Medicine (NYITCOM-Arkansas), and Community Health Centers of Arkansas (CHCA).
